Bro Pre-Enlistment Surprise
Today went out to meet Hau, Liang & Joyce at IMM for dinner and getting prezzie for Karen's 1 month old BB Charlyn..Bought Koi at Iluma and trained all the way to JE to meet them.. They reached first as they are a stop away from JE.. Took shuttle to IMM and we had dinner at Wan Zhai.. Missed the food a lot.. The last time I ate it was with Debbie and is super long ago.. Let me count.. Hmmmmm... Its in 2008.. Wah.. Its like so long to me.. LoL...Well.. Memories do brings back sweetness and bitterness.. Well I shall not elaborate much on the past.. Hmm.. Then after that we went SK to get gift.. Hehe.. Bought Minnie Mouse Pendent for Karen's BB.. Then we went to shop around Daiso.. Wrote on the card and I write super short and simple.. Ps as I dunno what to write.. Not good with words.. LoL..Then mum called as she going home.. I waiting for bro's crush to call.. Till today still not his gf.. I had been waiting super long for him to have a gf man.. Every time like people but never go after.. Told mum to wait for me at uncle hse as I cabbed over to fetch and go home to meet them.. I got tell bro's crush to meet me at my house downstairs.. Ok let me tell u the story of wat's happening as I think some of u might know the whole story..Few days ago.. On Msn, bro's crush msg me as she wanna give bro a surprise before he enlist to NS the next day.. She wanted me to keep him at home.. But I knew I would be going out and if I tell to have dinner with my mum and I, he will still go out but comes home in time for dinner and definitely will spoil plan.. Without trying to fail the plan.. This is what I tell my bro..Me: Cheng, Fri hor... Dun go out leh.. Coz yr crush wanna meet u out for a surprise.. But she say she reach Bugis then call u.. So u dun go Bugis till she call leh.. Remember hor.....Bro: Oh ok.. But why she dun msg me herself?Me: Aiya people want give u surprise.. Where got want to tell u de.. Diaoz....Bro: Oh..Mum: Then like that wan cook dinner a not... (Wah diaoz.. I forgot to tell my mum and she snaps in and I goes blank...)Me: Erm.. Dun need cook la.. Cheng going to meet his friend then I meeting my friend.. Like tat u eat at uncle hse lo.. Hehez...(After that pretend to call my mum come my room to take something..)Me: Mummy, Fri hor.. Cheng's friend wan give surpise.. Then she say wan keep Cheng at home but super hard la.. If tell him, we wan to have dinner.. He sure say not free or come home at dinner time.. Like that plan spoil.. So I tell him partial true and partial lie.. **Repeated what I told bro**Then mum understands.. Plan working well.. Heez....Back to where I stopped.. On cabbed with mum.. Then nearing to my hse already, bro's crush called.. They are at downstairs le.. So went to meet up with them.. Wrote a card for bro.. Wah.. Today need to write msg kind and I super lousy with words can.. LoL.... That's why I never give cards to people.. LoL...Then we went up.. They exit at 6th floor to climb up to my floor as I am staying at 7.. When I open the door.. Bro was sitting in the living room.. Our conversation:Me: Eh.... Never go out ar.. I thought the who says meet u at Bugis.. She never call u mah.. **They are preparing to light up the cake outside my house** (Mum do her stuff as usual)Bro: (Looks sad and restless) Dun have lo.. U bluff me one is it? I rejected my friends meet up wor.. I wanna enjoy for the last day as civilian before NS leh...I paused awhile and looked at my phone..... (Pretend looking at msg awhile)Me: I where got bluff u.. I got nothing better to do ar.. Oh ya.. Yr buddy came to look for u.. He say he wan give u surprise.. PS to make him stand outside so long.. I totally forgot to ask him come in...Bro: Why he come? **KZ enters**KZ: Eh bro... Tml going NS.. Hw nervous anot?Bro: **Surprise** (But didn't give much expression and starts their conversation) - Something I dunno what they talking about.. So let it be dotz....(I shall reveal her name now) Hui Rong then suddenly popped out frm behind KZ as I pretend wan close door liao.. But I give the signal to come in..Bro then jumped up his seat and was shocked to see so many of his friends giving surprise.. LoL.. I think his most delighted day in 2010.. LoL..Well ever since Dad passed away last year.. Our hse had very little laughter and jokes.. Its more solemn and most of the time I am in my study room using my lappy (which used to my bedroom), bro in his room using his com and mum in the living room watching her tv... When going to bed then we will walked out to the living room and keep my mum accompany awhile, while I will wait for my mum to head to bed together as we share bedroom after my dad passed away.. Its like my dad was the string that pulled us to mingle around in the family as a whole and not like now so disperse..Well.. After that headed downstairs to have dinner with his peeps.. Ordered quite a lot of food.. Hehez.. Hui Rong and his poly friends took the last train after dinner... While KZ and his buddies stayed till 1am as one of them drives and rides.. The one drives sent some of them home..Well.. Tomorrow bro going NS.. Dunno how will mum handle it.. As for me, I am still ok as I know wat he is doing.. Its like he failed NAFA so he will be doing exercises for 8 weeks before his BMT starts.. Well well.. Wish him all the best in his NS days as today is his last day as a kid and tomorrow is the start of my bro to be a man.. Lastly, he gonna say bye to his Pink IC for 2 years and Halo Green IC for 2 years.. LoL.. Alrightz.. Gonna post some pics of my bro group of friends with him and mum.. The camera person is me.. LoL..
