Good Job With Lousy People
I am back to blog today and I am in office.. Damn angry and frustrated.. Boss sides staff whom working with him for some time and whatever they say and do are correct.. Even I do not have any wrong, also kanna to carry blame.. Totally no fairness in this team at all.. Co-ordination work also sucks..
Today plan to come in at 12 noon.. But boss called for a meeting.. Ya its regarding the event which just ended last sunday.. Guess what.. This event is a total flop.. Names of delegates got printed twice for the conference.. Tanya Goh the fat idiot blame it on me.. I defended myself as badging is not my part of work. Its done by my intern staff whose is back in his school for lesson. I was damn angry as I have nothing to do with it.. Why she must push the blame to me? Things I don't do also got my prob.. Ok the word FxxK just blah out of my mouth in the meeting with my boss.. Coz I have lost my coolness.. In conclusion, she blame me for screwing the whole event. I wanna say is for the conference what I did was to collect money from those people who have not paid up. For the exhibition, I am station in the Show Management Office (SMO) to do front desk for enquiries and exchanging of food coupons. The job there are super free one lo except some nasty or maybe crazy people who came in to make u busy for a moment. I consider them as my entertainers for the day. From all these can you tell me how will I screw up the event. Damn sickening lo.
Ya after the meeting.. She dump all the invoices and claims on my desk. I am going to do my boss claims and invoice payments for the event. Which boss had instructed me.. I solely will do boss works.. Threw back all the claims that the fat idiot ask me to do.. She was unhappy and I couldn't be bothered. She sucks anyway.. Then she complain to boss.. Then I told boss since she dunno how to do therefore I also dunno coz no one teach me how to handle those.. So I put it back for her to figure out and teach me. I dun wan anyhow do and in the end kanna blame for nothing.
Boss then say staff claims put aside. Paying those people outside our company their invoices first. So I did what boss said. As I was preparing, Wei Yong came over to me and asked me to photocopy Media Fiesta documents for boss as they later going for meeting.. I asked Wei Yong where can I get empty arch file. He replied only Tanya have it. I was super sian to walk to her there and talk to her lo. No choice. Went to her and ask her. This fat idiot ask me what thing you want. FxxK lo.. I said so clearly, I want a empty arch ring file. Fat idiot with a big butt stuck to a small chair. Want her get up to find thing for me like fxxking difficult. Anyway since she is giving me this kind of attitude. She will get it soon from me.. I just dislike fat people. Especially her kind.
When she finally get up to try open her cupboard, its locked. Here's the Dialogue
Fat Idiot (Shouting): Did you lock my cupboard?
Me: Nope
Fat Idiot: That day I ask you take the free gift to Lynn then you take already didn't lock my cupboard?
Me: That day I was at Accounts when you called me. When I came down, I pass the keys to Lynn. She's the one who open your cupboard not me. I didn't even touch your cupboard.
Fat Idiot: I don't know should I trust you a not!
Me: Hey I already told you I didn't open your cupboard right!!
Fat Idiot: Ok never mind!
Me: I wanna make myself clear that I didn't open your cupboard!
Fat Idiot: Ok I am sorry can! I already say never mind right.
Me: Ok fine. (Standing there and waiting for her to get the empty file for me)
Fat Idiot: You don't have to stand here, I won't take your keys!
Me: I want my arch file quick!!
Fat Idiot: Don't worry I will give it to you! (She threw it onto my hands)
Boss came by......
Boss: Renee, where's the suntec contract?
Me: It's together with the suntec chq.
Boss: No I only received the chq from you.
Me: Checking my file.... Boss the contract is not in the file and it should be given to you if its not in here. Btw Boss the chq is not pass to you by me. Last Friday I was in office and when you wanted the chq, I told you its in the hotel room. Then I told you I put my bag in Yasin's room. Boss do you remember who pass you the chq?
Boss: Can you call Yasin and ask as I don't remember.
Me: (Calling Yasin and Put him on Loud speaker, Not long he pick up) Yasin, last friday who went into your room to take the suntec chq for boss?
Yasin: I went in to take and pass it to Tanya.
Me: Did you take the chq only or with the suntec contract too?
Yasin: I take the contract and chq to her as you put it in one folder for suntec chq and contract so I pass her the whole folder. Why?
Me: Ok thanks. Nothing boss is asking for the contract. I go and let him know. (Hangs up)
Boss: Tanya where's the contract?
Fat Idiot: I need to find
Boss: Renee try to ask Tanya for the contract as its urgent. (Walk back to his desk after talking)
After that I went back to my work station. This fat idiot was purposely asking everyone go for lunch. I ignore her. Anyway just let her be. Then she tries to ask boss, boss walks out and left. No matter she called him, he just headed for the door.
I went lunch with my temp staff.. Then back for lunch.. Around 3pm, I went to her and ask for the contract. She haven't find it. Her reply was I need to find. Then I say the contract took you so long to find. How long more you need? Boss say its urgent. I need to know so that I can let boss knows. She kept quiet. I don't wanna press her for an answer. Let boss do it.
Damn sian working here with this kind of colleague. Anyway got 2 lousy colleagues already. Still dunno the others well but this whole dept work always last minute. Totally dun like it.. Work OT no OT pay. I not going to be kind soul to stay and do last minute work. From today, on the dot at 6pm, I will pack up and leave office.
This is quite a long post. Its really a bad day for me at work after the event. Hope u peeps enjoy yr day. ^^
